• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to maintain excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Lead non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and counseling.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety procedures and reporting.
