Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising and training store staff preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees (CSR/LSR/SA).
• Recruit, hire and train staff; ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized per company standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Mentor staff on cash handling, safety, and company policies.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals in Workday and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and communications with the Market Manager.
• Oversee store organization, inventory, pricing, and signage compliance.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits and manage budgets.
