Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for equipment usage and follow CSR/ASM guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash handling, and notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and maintain store image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and ensure professional image of the site.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize files and reports, manage merchandising and pricing, and ensure posters/signs are in place.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits and forecast P&L lines.
• Work indoors with occasional outdoor tasks and maintain a professional leadership role.
