Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, and branding to Company standards.
Maintain professional relations with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Train employees on safety, processes, and company policies.
Organize communication and meetings with staff and Market Manager.
Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
