Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties described for CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and train on equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.
• English communication required; valid driver's license and transportation to meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Provide non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, and separation.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and give feedback in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize site files and supervise reports; ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed.
• Manage posters and signs in accessible locations.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; forecast P&L and margins.
