• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and within standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor; schedule employees per guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with all employees and hold regular meetings with management.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives; organize and maintain site files and reports.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
• Ensure safety and proper posters/signs; work indoors with outdoor duties as needed.
