Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort with security procedures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident welcome and maintain a visible presence.
• Identify suspicious activity and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards.
