Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft and maintain safety.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and eye contact.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
