Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft and maintain security.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support and guidance to associates on shortage reduction programs.
