Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and remain vigilant.
• Identify theft incidents or suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
