Qualifikationen

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail management experience or prior Goodwill retail/warehouse experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
• Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and problem-solving.

• Supervise, direct, and train assigned staff and ensure they perform their functions.
• Provide superior customer service to retain donors, shoppers, and staff; de-escalate issues.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance, including discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to achieve operational tasks and identify candidates for advancement.
• Maintain store security and safeguarding of company property and information.
