MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor for the Cape Girardeau Store – Silver Springteam. This hourly, full-time role offers a $19.50 hourly rate and up to $500 monthly bonus, with 25% travel.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year retail management experience or prior Goodwill/warehouse exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including customer service and teamwork.
• Leadership abilities including decision-making, motivation, and goal-setting.
• Comfortable with registers, scheduling and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train staff to perform essential functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure donor/shoppers stay loyal.
• Coach employees on performance, including discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to meet operational tasks and goals.
• Identify employees for advancement based on performance.
