Job summary

Meow Wolf Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will supervise the retail team, coach staff, and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to uphold safety and store profitability.

Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifting schedules. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required; alcohol service licensing may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a high-traffic, guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and leadership skills.
• Able to stay calm, prioritize tasks, and lead by example in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with POS and scheduling platforms; 21+ for alcohol service licensing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail team and ensure safety, guest experience, and daily profitability.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and coach team with corrective actions.
• Manage hourly labor, schedule coverage, and shift transitions in real time.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully operational retail spaces and assist with BOH operations.
