Cocoa Dolce is seeking a Shift Lead for its Las Vegas retail location. The role supports the management team to maintain high guest service standards and ensures daily operations align with company principles and culture.

The Shift Lead leads by example, trains team members, and upholds merchandising, cleanliness, and efficient shift flow. This position involves daily customer interactions and collaboration with management to maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service and be knowledgeable of product and operations.
• Continuously develop knowledge of product, industry trends, and customer preferences; identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Accurately handle customer transactions while communicating any potential customer service needs.
• Coach and assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
