Meow Wolf in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor (Guest Services & Events) to lead frontline operations, support onsite events, and serve as Manager on Duty. This on-site role focuses on guest experience, safety, and collaboration across departments.

You will coach staff, manage breaks, monitor event readiness, and respond to guest escalations with professionalism. A 21+ requirement, flexible evenings/weekends, and CPR/First Aid preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in high-traffic environments.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and leadership skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain local alcohol-service licensing (TIPS, etc.).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
