Job summary

Meow Wolf is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Guest Services & Events) to oversee front-line operations in Las Vegas. You will supervise a dynamic team, provide coaching, and ensure safe, engaging guest experiences through smooth event support and adherence to company policies.

You will act as a visible leader, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage daily operations to support exhibitions, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in high-traffic guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks, and lead by example in a fast-paced setting.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and provide coaching and corrective actions.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) ensuring safety, operations, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain exhibit readiness and event support.
• Manage break schedules and shift coverage in real time.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of exhibits, lighting, sound, and effects.
• Assist with guest experience support and events, including food & beverage inventory.
• Communicate incidents and operational issues to the Guest Services Manager.
