Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor, E-Commerce to lead the E-Commerce team, train staff, and drive day-to-day workflow in the E-Commerce department. The role emphasizes accuracy in item listings and quality control, with open availability including evenings and weekends.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (preferred) and at least 1 year of E-Commerce sales experience, plus comfort with basic tech like Microsoft Office and internet search. Daily Pay is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year's E-Commerce sales experience.
• Ability to use basic technologies such as Internet search and Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with strong proofreading of item descriptions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds productivity standards and KPIs for duties.
• Monitors workflow and safety/product flow and delegates as needed.
• Coaches staff, manages breaks, and assists in reviews and terminations input.
• Teaches listing items on our E-Commerce platforms and ensures quality.
• Checks listing descriptions and product photos for accuracy and grammar.
• Maintains inventory and supplies; keeps area clean and safe.
• Adapts to technology updates and data-driven processes.
• Cross-trains in other areas as assigned; performs other duties.
