Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, production, manufacturing or similar industries is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the whole retail center and addresses safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics.
• Manages breaks and redirects staff to cover call-offs.
• Coaches employees and participates in reviews and terminations.
• Facilitates employee purchases and assists opening/closing procedures.
• Verifies daily sales report paperwork and counts drawers.
• Maintains customer service quality and handles escalated customer issues.
• Ensures e-commerce product is processed accurately and moved online.
