Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. This role acts as a lead when managers are not onsite, guiding staff to ensure smooth operations and timely opening/closing procedures.

The Shift Supervisor promotes CVS customer service culture, handles customer relations per policy, and maintains confidentiality while overseeing merchandising, pricing, and shelf stock on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor is unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries and complaints per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Coordinate merchandising and stock in line with weekly promotions.
