Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while building customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise a crew, handle customer inquiries, and maintain merchandising standards while supporting a high-quality shopping experience at CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotional displays.
