Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in achieving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and supervise opening and closing procedures.

You will coordinate with management and crews, promote a positive shopping experience, and maintain confidentiality. The role involves merchandising, stock control, and effective communication within the store team.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Merchandise and present products, stock shelves, and reset departments as needed.
