CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew and coordinate activities with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise per planogram.
