Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crews, direct activities, and communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate stock, pricing and displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and merchandise weekly promotions.
