Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store execution and performance with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the store staff when management is not onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to supervise and guide crews while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise activities, communicate with management and crews, and maintain customer service standards.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding confidentiality and store policies.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
