Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing daily operations, driving performance and delivering excellent customer service. When managers aren’t onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and safety, with duties including supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, pricing, stocking, displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime and urgent-store responses.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments and maintain POS and promotional signage.
