Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering outstanding customer service and efficient store operations. You will lead the team in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help drive customer loyalty through a friendly, helpful in-store experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, stocking and presenting merchandise, handling customer questions, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring displays

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and promos.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and assist with inquiries.
