Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Leadership Team in their absence. You will lead the sales floor, motivate staff, and ensure the brand's standards and customer engagement remain top notch.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing breaks, processing returns, and maintaining inventory and merchandising while upholding LP policies. Weekend availability and a 3-month training completion are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of key holder experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work weekends.
• Commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must be able to make change using American Monetary units.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management with generating sales potential by being present on the sales floor and energizing the environment.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure brand integrity.
• Ensure customer service is the top priority and drive KPI achievement.
• Manage break schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all zones.
• Provide feedback and coaching in customer engagement and sales floor etiquette.
• Support merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store atmosphere.
• Assist with store security, bag checks, and fitting room monitoring.
• Process returns, authorize discounts, and handle employee sales when needed.
• Adhere to LP policies and inventory procedures.
