Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. The role focuses on supervising staff, driving customer engagement, and achieving sales goals while upholding brand standards.

Applicants should have retail key holder experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work weekends. The job involves physical duties and a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and two store closings per week.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.
• Ability to operate POS system and inventory scanner.
• Ability to make change using American monetary units.

Responsibilities

• Stay on the sales floor to drive sales and uphold brand standards.
• Open/close responsibilities when manager is absent.
• Prioritize customer service and achieve KPIs with the team.
• Manage break schedules and ensure full shift coverage.
• Provide coaching and feedback on engagement, selling, and etiquette.
• Maintain merchandise presentations, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Motivate staff and foster a positive store environment.
• Assist with security, bag checks, and fitting rooms.
• Process returns, authorizations, and employee discounts in absence of a manager.
