Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood in Houston, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, drive customer engagement, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key duties include managing break schedules, upholding brand standards, assisting with security, returns, and inventory processes, and training new staff through the three-month program. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Weekend availability required, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
• Commitment to two store closings per week, with one on Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to operate POS and inventory scanning equipment.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions and give change.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Completion of Shift Supervisor training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management by maintaining sales floor presence and energy while upholding brand integrity.
• Open/close store as needed when management is absent.
• Prioritize customer service and meet sales goals and KPIs with team support.
• Manage break schedules and ensure coverage of all zones.
• Provide coaching and feedback on engagement, selling, and etiquette.
• Support merchandising, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and a positive environment.
• Assist with security, bag checks, and fitting room monitoring.
• Ensure professional conduct of staff and handle returns/promotions in absence of a manager.
• Adhere to LP policies and inventory procedures.
