Job summary

Hustler Hollywood in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, drive customer engagement, and help achieve sales goals while representing the brand.

Requirements include 1+ year of key holder retail experience, weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must be able to make change using American Monetary units.
• Ability to carry out detailed tasks with minimal direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Management with generating sales potential by being a constant presence on the sales floor and setting the pace and energy.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Ensures customer service is the number one priority and partners with Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Manages rest and meal break schedules and ensures all zones are covered.
• Provides feedback, coaching, and redirection in customer engagement and selling etiquette.
• Assists with maintaining store standards of merchandise presentations and displays.
• Escalates performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivates staff to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Assists with store security including bag checks and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Processes returns/exchanges and authorizes discounts in the absence of a manager.
