Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, drive customer engagement, and uphold the brand while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a readiness to handle weekend shifts. Training is provided, with emphasis on loss prevention and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one being Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must be able to make change using American Monetary units.
• Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three month training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management by maintaining floor presence to drive sales and uphold brand standards.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management when needed.
• Ensure customer service is a top priority and support KPI achievement.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules and ensure coverage.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback on engagement and selling.
• Support merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive environment.
• Assist with store security like bag checks and fitting rooms.
• Ensure staff treated professionally and respectfully.
• Process return/exchange transactions and authorize discounts in manager absence.
• Adhere to LP policies and inventory procedures.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
