Job summary

Hustler Hollywood in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will be a constant presence, drive energy, and uphold brand integrity while supervising staff and facilitating selling.

The role requires ability to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and workload management. You will supervise breaks, assist with merchandising, and ensure LP compliance and safe operations on the floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one on Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS system and inventory scanner.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with generating sales potential by being a constant presence on the sales floor, setting the pace and energy while ensuring the integrity of the brand.
• Hold store keys to open and close in the absence of management.
• Ensure that customer service is the number one priority and partner with sales associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules and ensure all zones are covered.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and redirection in customer engagement, selling, and sales floor etiquette.
• Assist with managing company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to the store manager.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment for customers.
• Assist with store security, including checking bags and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Ensure that store staff are treated professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
• Process return/exchange transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of a manager.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all LP policies.
• Have full understanding/knowledge of inventory management procedures.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
