Job summary

The Shift Supervisor at Trulieve oversees daily store operations, helping the General Manager lead staff and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will ensure regulatory compliance while meeting key performance metrics and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, managing cash handling, and maintaining inventory while upholding confidentiality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues.
