CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead the team when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and uphold privacy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotions.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures with attention to standards and safety.
