CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) requires strong leadership, effective communication with management and crews, and the ability to manage merchandise, pricing, stock, and displays in line with

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff in absence of the manager and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
