You will manage opening/closing, coaching team members, and upholding brand standards. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and pays $16.50 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company SOPs.
