Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and guidance to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Leads by training, coaching, and developing skills of staff.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized store areas and supports opening/closing.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and staff to ensure smooth information flow.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
