Job summary

Goodwill NCW Jobs is seeking an experienced leader to guide store operations in a busy backroom/retail setting. You will oversee team members, manage donations flow to hit production and sales targets, and coach staff using performance reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Drive results through proper handling and processing of donations to meet production and sales goals.
• Lead and coach team members using reports; assist with training and skill development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Handle a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing per leader checklist.
• Support mission by employing and training people with different abilities.
• Assist with recruiting by interviewing candidates aligned with the mission and values and onboarding in partnership with Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
