Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission and assist in the store’s daily operations in Oklahoma City. This role supports management, handles customer service, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Starting pay is $17.85 per hour with benefits including Medical, Vision, Life, and 401k, plus the companywide RISE program to foster career growth. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, some retail or customer service experience, and

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service experience is preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct store monthly safety inspections and coordinate safety drills.
• Attend training as required.
