Job summary

• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
