Job summary

MINISO USA in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

You will support cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting membership programs to boost customer loyalty. This role fosters a positive team environment and ensures fun experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately at the register with POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
