Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/lead/manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and pawn loans.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
