Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and handling pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members to maintain performance.
• Lead and develop teammates through coaching and hands-on leadership.
