Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, store standards, merchandising, cash handling, and promo efforts while fostering a lively, guest-focused environment.

The position requires strong leadership, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and comply with store policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions to support business objectives.
