Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports achieving KPIs, upholding standards, and handling tasks from cashiering to merchandising and shipment processing.

You will open and close the store, manage cash handling, participate in promotions, and actively promote the membership program to build loyalty.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and upscale issues to Store Manager when necessary.
Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty.
