Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission by supporting store management in daily operations. This role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, reporting, and safety.

Starting pay is $17.35 per hour plus benefits. The RISE program supports personal and career growth, and we expect reliable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication to serve customers and donors. A High School diploma or GED and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service/relations experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer service skills.
• Assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Conduct store monthly safety inspections with Store Manager.
• Maintain safety log and coordinate safety drills.
• Attend training as required.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
• Review safety policies and attend safety meetings.
