Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes driving KPI results, maintaining visual merchandising, and handling cash and POS transactions with accuracy.

You will participate in opening/closing, promote the store’s membership program, and help manage stock while delivering a fun, fast-paced shopping experience for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Coach and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and support promotions.
