Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role contributes to achieving KPIs, upholding store standards, and managing tasks from cashiering to merchandising and shipment processing.

The Shift Leader will promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty and help create a positive, energetic environment for both the team and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
