Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, merchandising, opening/closing, cash handling, and promoting the store’s membership program.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining store standards, and driving KPI achievement in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to train staff.
• Experience in retail operations, cash handling, and customer engagement.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training associates and supervising the floor.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety, cleanliness and store readiness.
• Process transactions accurately using POS; promote membership program.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
