Job summary

MINISO USA in Columbus, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and ensure store standards while fostering a fun, energetic team environment.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness and compliance with safety/operational procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager as needed.
Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
Maintain a professional attitude and energetically support MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
